So, after completing an online search for a cost-effective way to test out the DC market as a potential new office location, Robin Stacey, vice president for Human Resources contacted DC Executive Space.

Then, on behalf of Stacey's firm, Robinson negotiated acceptable terms, saving Thomas Group more than $4,000.

Unlike a traditional office space lease, executive space agreement terms can be customized to each client. Typically, when leasing space from landlords or property managers, there is a minimum requirement of 3,000-square feet or more and minimum term lengths of three to five years. But with executive space, companies like Stacey's can secure only the space they need for just the amount of time they want; perfect for testing a market before committing to a longer term.
