Then, on behalf of Stacey's firm, Robinson negotiated acceptable terms, saving Thomas Group more than $4,000.

Flexibility is the prime reason Thomas Group uses executive office locations when testing out new markets. “We can get in and out of the location at will,” Stacey said. Unlike a traditional office space lease, executive space agreement terms can be customized to each client. Typically, when leasing space from landlords or property managers, there is a minimum requirement of 3,000-square feet or more and minimum term lengths of three to five years. But with executive space, companies like Stacey's can secure only the space they need for just the amount of time they want; perfect for testing a market before committing to a longer term.
