Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be met to qualify for the Q3 iPad promotion:  1)  Client must contact DC Executive Space directly, and not through a third party referral. 2) Client must secure an office prior to September 30, 2010.  3)  The annual rent contract value of the office must be equal to or greater than $20,000.00 USD.  Optional reward, in lieu of the iPad:  $400 American Express® Gift Card.  Offer does not apply to Virtual Offices, coworking solutions, or referrals from real estate brokers, web brokers, or office providers.  The iPad will be awarded within 30 days of client securing the office.  To secure an office, the client must complete a service agreement with an executive space office provider and present initial payment as per the service agreement.  Should client default on initial payment, the iPad offer is not longer valid.  DC Executive Space is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries and makes no guarantee to the quality of the iPad.  DC Executive Space is a free executive space office finder advisory service.  The firm is not owned by or in partnership with any office provider.
